- You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis that has not responded to treatment, based on specific 2021 guidelines

- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unwilling to use contraception during the study
- You are unable to complete the full course of the study medications, either because of difficulty sticking to the treatment plan or because of serious side effects
- You have any other condition that the trial doctor believes would make participation unsuitable (confirm with trial site)
