Who may be able to join
- Adults between 18 and 70 years old (any sex) may be eligible.
- People who score 5 or higher on a standard anxiety questionnaire (GAD-7) and/or have an elevated score on a cardiac anxiety measure (CAQ) may be eligible.
- People whose score on a standard depression questionnaire (PHQ-9) is below 20 may be eligible.

- People whose mental health condition or medication treatment has not been stable for at least 3 months may not be able to join.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding may not be able to join.
- People with a known allergy or intolerance to the treatments being studied in this trial may not be able to join (confirm with trial site).
