Who may be able to join
- People who identify as female athletes, whether recreational or professional
- People aged 18 to 65 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with a concussion (at least 72 hours ago) and whose Post-Concussion Symptom Scale (PCSS) score is above 7, or who have more than 4 concussion-related symptoms present
- People whose depression screening score (using a questionnaire called the PHQ-9) is 10 or higher, indicating moderate to severe depression

- People who are unable to give informed consent due to language difficulties or other barriers
- People who are currently incarcerated
- People whose biological sex is male
