  • People who, within the past two weeks, have followed a calorie-restricted diet, a time-based eating plan, a weight loss program, or a specific diet such as ketogenic or paleo
  • People who need to take medication with food, as this may interfere with the study's eating schedule
  • People whose usual daily eating window is less than 10 hours
