Who may be able to join
- People who have not previously been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or Alzheimer's disease.
- People who have a visit with their primary care doctor scheduled within the next 4 to 6 weeks.
- People who feel they have been experiencing problems with their memory or thinking.
- People who score 26 or higher on a cognitive screening test done over the phone called the TICS (Telephone Interview for Cognitive Status).
