Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 19 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form
• You are able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
• You have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps, confirmed by symptoms and/or imaging or camera examination of your nasal passages, with polyps present on both sides of your nose (confirm with trial site)
• You are not expecting to have any sinus or nasal surgery in the next 7 months

Who may not be able to join:

• You have had an organ transplant in the past, such as a lung transplant
• You are currently using or have previously used certain allergy, immune system, or autoimmune medications — including antihistamines, decongestants, steroid tablets or sprays, leukotriene blockers, mast cell stabilizers, biologics, or similar drugs (confirm with trial site for the full list)
• You have a history of an autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus
• You have had, or currently have, tumors in your sinuses, nose, or airways
• You are currently taking steroid tablets or pills such as prednisone or methylprednisolone
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving a treatment
• You have been diagnosed with, or are suspected of having, a cancerous or pre-cancerous condition in your nose, such as certain types of nasal growths or polyps only on one side
• You have a fungal sinus infection, or test positive for a specific fungal allergy (Aspergillus)
• You have had a cancer diagnosis within the past 5 years (some specific skin cancers or cervical conditions that were fully treated may be exceptions — confirm with trial site)
• You have an active bleeding disorder, or you are unable to temporarily stop blood-thinning medications for a nasal tissue sample
• You have a severe nasal deformity that would prevent a camera examination or tissue sample being taken from your nasal passages
• You have a serious ongoing or active infection (unrelated to your sinus condition), including recent hospitalisation or treatment with intravenous antibiotics within the past 60 days
• You have a known positive HIV diagnosis
• You have a known positive Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C diagnosis
• You have another significant unstable or uncontrolled medical condition that the study doctor believes could affect the study results or put you at risk
• You have a planned surgery, abnormal lab results, or another condition that the study doctor feels makes you unsuitable for the study
• You have received an unapproved investigational drug or treatment within the past 60 days
• You are a current or former smoker with a smoking history of more than 15 pack-years (roughly the equivalent of smoking one pack per day for 15 years)
• You currently have a parasitic (worm-related) infection
• You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period — if this applies to you, the study doctor will discuss potential risks with you before you decide whether to enrol (confirm with trial site)
