Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment (a type of early memory difficulty) using recognised international guidelines, and who have a positive result on a specific blood test measuring a protein linked to Alzheimer's disease (called plasma p-tau217).

Who may not be able to join

- People who have been diagnosed with dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease or any other type of dementia.
- People who have a diagnosed sleep disorder, such as narcolepsy, severe insomnia, severe obstructive sleep apnea (where breathing repeatedly stops during sleep), or severe ongoing lack of sleep.
- People who have hearing problems.
- People who are unable to read or write.
- People who have certain serious health conditions, including cancer, severe depression, severe kidney or liver disease, a history of seizures, or severe heart or breathing failure.
- People with a history of alcohol or substance misuse.
- People whose brain scan (MRI) shows evidence of a stroke, fluid build-up in the brain, a growth or mass, or any other significant brain or nervous system disease.
- People who have a vitamin B12 or folate deficiency that has not been treated, or has only been treated for less than 3 months before the screening visit.
- People who have a thyroid condition that has not been treated.
- People who have used certain medications — including beta-blockers, antidepressants, antipsychotics, or sleeping tablets — within 15 days before a sleep study test called polysomnography.
