Who may be able to join

  • People who are 18 years of age or older.
  • People who have been diagnosed with breast cancer at stage I through IIIC.
  • People who finished chemotherapy, surgery, and/or radiation treatment for cancer at least 2 months ago, but no more than 120 months (10 years) ago.
  • People who have been prescribed a type of hormone-based medication used after breast cancer treatment (called adjuvant endocrine therapy).

  • People whose body weight falls into a category measured by a standard height-to-weight calculation (BMI) of 25 or above.
  • People who are able to walk around on their own without assistance.
  • People who are willing and able to take part in a home-based exercise program and a meal timing plan as part of the trial.
  • People who are able to read and understand English.

Who may not be able to join

  • People who are currently using, or plan to start using, any prescription or over-the-counter medications intended for weight loss.
