Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a generally healthy man or woman between 18 and 65 years old
- Men weigh at least 50 kg but less than 90 kg, or women weigh at least 45 kg but less than 90 kg, with a BMI between 19 and 26 kg/m²

- If you could potentially have children, you agree to use effective birth control from joining the trial until at least one week after your last dose, and agree not to donate sperm or eggs during this time

- You have a history of, or currently have, serious illness affecting major body systems that could affect the trial results
- You have had a serious infection, significant injury, or major surgery in the last 3 months, or have surgery planned during the trial
- You have donated blood or lost a large amount of blood (400 mL or more) in the last 3 months, received a blood transfusion in the last 4 weeks, or plan to donate blood during the trial
- You have a history of drug misuse or dependence, or your drug screening test comes back positive
- You have taken part in another clinical trial in the last 3 months, are currently in one, or the previous trial drug has not fully cleared your system yet (confirm with trial site)
- You have smoked 5 or more cigarettes per day in the last 4 weeks, or are unable to avoid smoking during the trial
- You test positive for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis at screening
- You have special dietary needs that would stop you from following the standard meals provided during the trial
- You have difficulty swallowing or with having blood taken through a vein, or cannot tolerate having blood taken frequently
- The trial researchers decide there is another reason you would not be suitable for the trial (confirm with trial site)
