Who may be able to join
- People who are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the trial.
- People who are between 18 and 75 years of age (inclusive) at the time of enrolment; both men and women are eligible.
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities is rated as fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but able to do light work (this is measured using a standard scale called ECOG, scored 0 or 1).

- People who are known to be allergic to any ingredient in the trial drugs, or who have a history of a severe allergic reaction to another type of medication known as a monoclonal antibody.
- People considered ineligible for other reasons, as determined by the doctor running the trial.
