Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:

• People under 18 years of age
• People who are not able to give informed consent for themselves
• People for whom a specific heart procedure involving the blood vessels of the heart (called PCI, or coronary angiogram) is not safe or possible, based on imaging results
• People who cannot take a blood-thinning medication called clopidogrel, or who cannot take two blood-thinning medications at the same time
• People who have had a heart attack or a procedure to open blocked heart arteries within the past 90 days
• People currently taking part in another clinical study that could affect this trial's results
• People with severe long-term lung disease (rated at a serious level using a standard scale called GOLD stage 3 or higher)
• People with a very low red blood cell level (haemoglobin at or below 80 g/L), which may indicate significant anaemia
• People whose heart failure is caused by certain other specific heart conditions, including a thickened heart muscle condition (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), untreated severe disease of the heart valves on the left side of the heart, or a condition where an abnormal protein builds up in the heart (cardiac amyloidosis)
