Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 years or older.

Who may not be able to join

- People who have cancer that has spread to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord, or who have active cancer spread in the brain.
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years, with some exceptions for certain fully treated skin cancers and cervical conditions, or cancers treated only with surgery more than 5 years ago (confirm with trial site).
- People who have had major surgery or a serious injury within the 4 weeks before joining, or who have major surgery planned during the trial.
- People who have taken part in another clinical drug trial within the 4 weeks before joining.
- People who have an inherited tendency to bleed or a disorder affecting blood clotting.
- People with high blood pressure that remains above a certain level (140/90 mmHg) even with standard blood pressure medication.
- People with a history of significant lung conditions, such as lung scarring, active lung inflammation, or radiation-related lung damage that has required treatment.
- People with serious heart conditions, including moderate-to-severe heart failure, unstable chest pain, a heart attack within the past year, or irregular heart rhythms that have needed medical treatment.
- People with conditions that make it difficult to swallow, absorb, or digest medication, such as trouble swallowing, ongoing severe diarrhoea, or a bowel blockage.
- People who are known to be allergic to any ingredient in the trial drugs.
- People with fluid build-up around the lungs or in the abdomen that cannot be controlled by draining or other medical treatments.
- People with serious uncontrolled health conditions, including immune system disorders (such as HIV), a history of organ transplant, active hepatitis B or C, or a serious ongoing infection requiring treatment.
- People whom the trial investigators consider unsuitable for any other reason.
