Who may be able to join
- People who choose to take part voluntarily and have signed a written consent form
- People who have been diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) according to standard international diagnostic guidelines (ICD-10) for at least the past one year
- People who are between 18 and 60 years old
- People who are able to read and write in Turkish
- People who are not currently receiving any form of talking therapy and are not currently practising yoga regularly
