Who may not be able to join

- People who have previously received chemotherapy, hormone therapy, anti-HER2 treatments, or breast surgery for their cancer (excluding a diagnostic biopsy of the primary breast cancer).
- People who have been diagnosed with another cancer within the past 3 years, or who currently have another cancer — though some exceptions may apply for certain cancers that were fully treated by surgery with no recurrence for 5 years, or for specific low-risk cancers such as cervical carcinoma in situ or non-melanoma skin cancer (confirm with trial site).
- People who have had major surgery, a surgical biopsy (other than a diagnostic biopsy of the primary breast cancer), or a serious injury within 28 days before starting study treatment.

- People with serious lung problems, active lung disease, or a severe active infection that is not under control.
- People who are allergic to any ingredient in the study drugs being tested.
