Adolescent Girls:
- Girls who are between 13 and 18 years old
- Girls who are unmarried
- Girls who are living in selected villages in Uttar Pradesh, India
- Girls who have higher-than-normal levels of anxiety and/or depression, as measured by a specific screening questionnaire (the RCADS-25)
- Girls whose family has access to at least one mobile phone
- Girls who agree to take part, with a parent or guardian also giving their permission
