- People who have signed a consent form and are willing to attend all scheduled follow-up appointments.

- People whose cancer has spread to distant parts of the body, or where extensive spread under the arm makes placing the marker clip or assessing the lymph node difficult.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People whose ultrasound or other scan images are of poor quality.
- People who are unable to give informed consent due to psychological, family, or social circumstances.
