Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be willing and able to sign a consent form to take part in the study.
  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You must have been diagnosed with advanced or inoperable liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma, or HCC), confirmed by tissue sample or imaging scans.

  • You must not have received any treatment for your advanced liver cancer yet, and your doctor must be planning to treat you with a specific combination therapy called STRIDE as your first treatment.

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have previously received any drug-based (systemic) treatment for your liver cancer.
  • You have had or are currently receiving any type of immunotherapy treatment.
  • You have previously had an organ transplant or bone marrow transplant from another person.
  • You have had active or documented bleeding in your stomach or gut at any point in the last 12 months.
  • You have a blood clot blocking the main blood vessel leading to your liver (main trunk portal vein thrombosis).
  • You have an autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body) that requires medication to suppress your immune system.
  • You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients in the STRIDE treatment.
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
