Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older, of any gender.
- People who have a suspected or confirmed heart condition (such as blocked arteries in the heart, heart muscle disease, heart inflammation, or heart valve problems) where a cardiac MRI scan is needed to understand the cause or assess the heart muscle.
- People who have no medical reasons preventing them from having an MRI scan, and who are able to hold their breath as instructed during the scan.

Who may not be able to join:

- People with severely reduced kidney function.
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People with serious irregular heart rhythms (for example, persistent atrial fibrillation) that would make the MRI images too poor in quality to be useful for diagnosis.
- People who are unlikely to be able to attend follow-up appointments, or who the trial investigators consider unsuitable for the study for other reasons.
