Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years old or older at the time of signing the consent form.
- You must have been diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (a long-term sinus condition where growths form in the nose) for at least 12 months before your first study visit.
- You must have been using a nasal corticosteroid spray (a standard prescription nasal spray for this condition) consistently for at least 30 days before your first study visit.
- Your doctor must have decided that you are suitable to receive the medication Tezepelumab based on its approved use for this condition in your area.
- You must be able and willing to read instructions and complete questionnaires, either through a mobile phone app or on paper — not having a smartphone will not stop you from joining.
- If you join the study after a certain start date, you must have had at least one symptom questionnaire (called SNOT-22) completed within the 4 weeks before that date.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently taking part in another observational study that could affect this study's results, or you have taken part in an interventional clinical trial in the last 3 months (note: being part of a specific German nasal polyp registry called GENRE-CRS is allowed).
- You are currently receiving another biologic medication (a specialist injected or infused treatment) for nasal polyps or asthma, unless your last dose was more than 30 days ago — regular allergy immunotherapy at a stable dose is allowed.
- You have had nasal polyp surgery (performed through the nostrils) within the 6 months before the study start date.
- You have any condition, in your doctor's opinion, that would make it difficult for you to complete questionnaires or take part in the study (confirm with trial site).
- You have a history of a severe allergic reaction to any biologic medication.
- You are known to be allergic to Tezepelumab or any of its ingredients.
- You are currently pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
