Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children who are currently enrolled in elementary or middle school (grades 1 through 8)
- Children who are between 6 and 13 years old
- Children who are able to speak and read in English
Who may not be able to join:
- Children who have taken antibiotics in the last 3 months
- Children who have taken prebiotics, probiotics, or postbiotics (supplements that affect gut bacteria) in the last 3 months

- Children who have an allergy to chocolate or wheat
- Children who regularly eat nuts or almonds more than 2 servings per week
- Children who have been diagnosed with a digestive condition such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux, or similar gut disorders (confirm with trial site)
- Children who have been diagnosed with a neurological condition such as multiple sclerosis, meningitis, or who have recently had a stroke
- Children who have certain hormone-related conditions, such as uncontrolled thyroid disorders, growth hormone disorders, adrenal gland disorders, or poorly controlled diabetes (confirm with trial site)
