Who may be able to join
- People who are current 23andMe Research participants and have tested positive for the APOE4 genetic variant
- People who are between 60 and 80 years old at the time of signing the consent form
- People who have access to an Android or Apple iPhone smartphone and are able to download study apps
- People who live in the United States and are able to send and receive mail
- People who are able and willing to collect their own saliva sample during the screening stage (for organic outreach only)

- People who have been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer's Disease, or another neurodegenerative condition such as Parkinson's Disease, ALS, Huntington's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or Frontotemporal Dementia
- People who currently use or have used an Oura Ring at any point in the last 12 months
