Who may be able to join
- People aged between 55 and 95 years old.

Who may not be able to join

- People with a major psychiatric condition, such as major depression that is not controlled with medication, or a history of alcohol or drug misuse.
- People with a neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson's disease or any form of dementia.
- People who are currently using a commercial brain stimulation or brain-calming device as part of another research study.
- People who are currently taking certain dietary supplements thought to benefit brain blood flow, such as NAD or NR supplements, L-citrulline, or urolithin.
- People with an unstable or poorly controlled medical condition, including uncontrolled diabetes, ongoing heart problems, heart failure, chronic lung disease, or blood pressure that remains above a certain level despite medication.
- People with any other medical condition or medication that, in the opinion of the study doctor, would make it unsafe or unsuitable for them to complete the study.
- People with severe sensory difficulties that would interfere with the study assessments.
