Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You must have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis using recognised medical guidelines (from 1987 or 2010).
  • Your rheumatoid arthritis must have been in remission (very low disease activity) for at least 6 months before the study starts, confirmed by a specific measurement called DAS28-CRP being below 2.6 (confirm with trial site).
  • You must currently be taking one of the following biological medications: infliximab, adalimumab, etanercept, golimumab, or certolizumab.
  • You must be willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.

Who may not be able to join:

  • You may not be eligible if your biological medication was prescribed because rheumatoid arthritis was affecting other parts of your body beyond the joints (such as the eyes, lungs, or heart).
  • You may not be eligible if you have another condition alongside rheumatoid arthritis that could affect the study results, such as fibromyalgia or another long-term inflammatory disease.
  • You may not be eligible if you are already taking your biological medication at a lower dose, less frequently, or on a reduced schedule compared to the standard dosing.

Important: Always verify eligibility with the trial site directly before applying.
