Who may be able to join
- People aged between 20 and 89 years old
- Women who have been prescribed exercise as a standard part of their care
- Women who have a confirmed diagnosis of a type of breast cancer (ductal carcinoma in situ or invasive breast cancer), proven by biopsy

Who may not be able to join

- People whom the study doctor determines cannot safely take part in group resistance training sessions
- People with a severe condition affecting their joints, heart, or muscles that the study doctor considers unsafe for resistance training

- Males
