Who may be able to join
- Women aged 40 or older who have no breast symptoms and have had, or are scheduled to have, a routine 2-view breast imaging scan (called digital breast tomosynthesis) on both breasts for screening purposes.
- Women aged 40 or older who have had a 2-view breast imaging scan on both breasts for diagnostic purposes, and whose results placed them in a category (BI-RADS 4 or 5) that means a biopsy has been recommended (confirm with trial site).
Who may not be able to join

- Men, or women under 40 years of age.
- Women who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- Women with physical conditions affecting their posture or body shape (such as a curved spine) that may make a specialised breast imaging exam difficult or impossible.
- Women who have previously had radiation treatment to the chest area.
- Women who have taken part in a previous breast clinical trial that involved extra radiation exposure.
- Women who have had a large number of diagnostic X-ray examinations for monitoring a condition such as tuberculosis, or who have severe scoliosis.
