Who may be able to join
- People aged 50 to 79 years old.

- People with acute (sudden onset) kidney injury.
- People with an active, serious infection currently being treated with intravenous antibiotics.
- People who score more than 4 on a disability scale called the modified Rankin Score.
- People with a significant diagnosed condition affecting the heart, digestive system, breathing, hormones, or nervous system, untreated sleep apnea, a history of mental health disorders, or other conditions that the treating doctor believes could affect safety or study results.
- People with a known history of significant bleeding problems, clotting disorders, or a condition called Von Willebrand's disease.
- People who currently have an active cancer diagnosis or who have received cancer treatment within the past 6 months.
- People who are currently receiving, or have received within the past 6 months, a type of Alzheimer's treatment known as anti-amyloid-beta monoclonal antibody therapy.
- People who have a medical reason they cannot have an MRI scan.
- People who are currently enrolled in another clinical research study that the treating doctor believes could affect safety or study results.
- People who the treating doctor considers ineligible for any other reason.
- People in whom a condition is discovered during surgery that, in the treating doctor's opinion, would make continued participation not in the person's best interest.
