Who might be able to join this trial:
For patients:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have national health insurance coverage
- You have been diagnosed with Huntington's disease, confirmed by a genetic test showing 35 or more CAG repeats in the HTT gene
- You are able and willing to give written consent to take part

For healthy/control participants:

- You have been informed about the purpose of this sample bank and have not objected to it
- You are within 5 years of age of a patient participant in the study
Who may not be able to join:
For all participants:
- You are under legal protection (for example, under guardianship) (confirm with trial site)
For patients:
- Your Huntington's disease is at an advanced stage that could affect your ability to complete thinking/memory tests or a brain scan
- You have a medical reason that means you cannot have a brain MRI scan
- If the study involves a lumbar puncture, you have a medical reason that means you cannot have one
- You are not able to give informed consent yourself
For control participants:
- You have a neurodegenerative disease (such as Parkinson's or Alzheimer's) or an inflammatory condition affecting the brain or spinal cord
