Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 years or older.
- People with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are considered suitable for chemotherapy given before surgery, or people whose cancer has come back at least 6 months after finishing their last platinum-based chemotherapy treatment.

- People who have diabetes that is managed with medication, whether insulin or other diabetes medicines (note: people whose diabetes is controlled by diet alone, without any medication, are not excluded).
- People who are allergic to any ingredient in the fasting mimicking diet (FMD) used in the trial.
- People whose ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer came back within 6 months of finishing their last platinum-based chemotherapy — this is known as platinum-resistant disease.
