- Adults aged 18 or older who are female.
- People who have a suspected or possible growth in the area near the ovaries that requires surgery to remove tissue for testing.

- People for whom surgery cannot be safely performed, or where ovarian tissue or surgical pathology results cannot be obtained.
- Cases where the collected samples do not meet the storage or handling requirements for the study's testing materials, or where samples are contaminated or suspected to be contaminated.
- Cases where the patient's medical records are missing, incomplete, or cannot be traced.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who are unable to cooperate with the required examinations, are unlikely to attend consistently, or cannot commit to regular follow-up.
