Who may be able to join

- Enough space at home to set up the telerehabilitation device, roughly 2 metres in front of its screen
Who may not be able to join

- People with serious orthopaedic (bone or joint), vascular (circulation), respiratory (breathing), or heart problems, or any other health condition that the lead investigator considers would make it unsafe or difficult to take part in moderate exercise or follow the study procedures
