Who may be able to join

  • Women aged 18 or older.
  • People diagnosed with high-grade serous or endometrioid ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer.
  • People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form.

  • People who are clinically stable and expected to remain on their current treatment for the full duration of the exercise program.
  • People who are willing to provide a tumour tissue sample from a previous biopsy or surgery (if one is available).
  • People who have enough ability to use digital technology, as assessed by the trial team.
  • People who are able and willing to follow the study plan for the full duration of the study, including all follow-up steps.
  • People whose recent blood test results (taken within 28 days of enrolling) meet all of the following levels (confirm specific values with trial site):
    • Platelet count of 100 × 10⁹/L or higher.
    • Neutrophil count (a type of white blood cell) of at least 1,500 per mm³.
    • Haemoglobin (a measure of red blood cells) of at least 9 g/dL or 5.6 mmol/L.
    • Liver enzyme levels (AST and ALT) within an acceptable range relative to normal limits, with a higher allowance for people with known liver spread.
    • Bilirubin (a liver-related substance in the blood) within an acceptable range relative to normal limits.
    • A specific bilirubin range where a dose adjustment of the study drug to 200 mg daily may apply (confirm with trial site).
    • Kidney function within an acceptable range, based on either a creatinine blood test or a kidney filtration rate calculation.

Who may not be able to join

Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.

  • People whose ovarian cancer has come back after a previous treatment (recurrent ovarian cancer).
  • People with a serious, non-healing wound, ulcer, or bone fracture.
  • People with active bleeding or a condition that carries a high risk of bleeding, such as a known bleeding disorder.
  • People with a disease affecting the brain or central nervous system.
  • People with a history of significant heart problems in the 6 months before enrolling, including any of the following:
    • Moderate to severe heart failure.
    • Certain types of serious, uncontrolled abnormal heart rhythms.
    • A heart attack or heart disease caused by reduced blood flow.
    • Significant heart valve disease.
    • A stroke caused by either blocked or burst blood vessels.
    • Blood clots in the veins or arteries.
    • Disease affecting the blood vessels in the legs or arms.
    • Aortic aneurysm or aortic dissection (serious conditions affecting the body's main artery).
  • People with uncontrolled high blood pressure, confirmed by two separate readings at least five minutes apart (systolic of 140 or higher, or diastolic of 90 or higher).
  • People who need fluid drained from their body once a month or more, or who have had 500 mL or more of fluid drained within 4 weeks of the expected start of the exercise program.
  • People who have an active infection or a fever of 38.5°C or higher within 7 days before the program starts that requires antibiotic treatment (except for uncomplicated urinary tract infections).
  • People who have had a major surgical procedure within 3 weeks before screening, or who have surgery planned during the program.
  • People with a known heart electrical conduction abnormality (prolonged QT interval), a known inherited condition causing prolonged QT, or who are taking a medication known to cause this type of heart rhythm change.
  • People who have received a blood transfusion or certain blood-stimulating medications within 4 weeks before the exercise program is due to start.
  • People with a pre-existing chronic lung condition, lung disease caused by cancer spread, fluid around the lungs, or lung inflammation.
  • People with widespread bone disease unrelated to cancer, cancer that has spread to the long bones of the body, or other painful bone involvement from cancer.
  • People with significant nerve damage in the hands or feet that could interfere with taking part in the exercise program, as assessed by the trial team.
  • People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the program.
