Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with high-grade serous ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or peritoneal cancer, confirmed through a tissue test
- People who have been newly diagnosed with advanced-stage disease (stage III or IV) and are being considered for first-line platinum-based chemotherapy as their initial treatment
- People who have a tumour tissue sample available for genetic testing — ideally collected before chemotherapy begins, and meeting minimum size and cell content requirements
- People who are enrolled in an appropriate social security or health insurance system

Who may not be able to join

- People whose ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer has come back after a previous diagnosis (recurrent cancer)
- People with a type of ovarian cancer that is non-epithelial or classified as borderline
- People who have another cancer diagnosis that could interfere with treatment for ovarian cancer or significantly affect their outlook
- People whose care is being managed in a purely palliative (end-of-life comfort care only) setting
- People who are under legal guardianship or have had their personal freedoms restricted by a court order
