  • People aged 18 to 75 who have been newly diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer (stage III or IV), who had surgery to remove as much of the tumour as possible, followed by 6 to 8 rounds of chemotherapy using standard drug combinations.

  • People with serious problems affecting the function of major organs.
  • People with certain infectious diseases, such as HIV, active tuberculosis, or immune deficiency conditions.
  • People with blood conditions that may develop into cancer, such as myelodysplastic syndromes.
  • People who have received treatment to suppress their immune system within the last 2 weeks.
  • People who have a disorder affecting blood clotting.
