Who may be able to join
- People who are able to understand what the trial involves and are willing and able to give written consent to participate.
- Male participants aged 18 to 55 years (inclusive) at the time of signing the consent form.
- People with a body weight of at least 50.0 kg and a body mass index (BMI) between 23.0 and 35.0 kg/m² (inclusive) at the screening stage.
- People whose weight has not changed by more than 5 kg in the 3 months before screening.
- People in good general health, as assessed by the study doctor based on medical history, physical checks, vital signs, lab tests, and a heart tracing (ECG).
Who may not be able to join

- People with a known or suspected allergy or sensitivity to the trial treatment or similar products.
- People who have had a major disease affecting organs such as the brain, heart, digestive system, lungs, kidneys, hormonal system, blood, or immune system, where the study doctor considers this unsuitable for participation.
- People with abnormal and clinically significant blood pressure results at screening.
- People with a notable history of stomach or gut problems (such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, or diarrhea), conditions that affect how the stomach empties (such as pyloric stenosis), previous stomach or bowel surgery (not including removal of polyps or the appendix), or those who have had diarrhea or constipation in the 7 days before being assigned to a treatment group.
- People who have donated blood in the month before screening, or who have donated or lost 400 mL or more of blood in the 3 months before screening.
- People with any clinically significant abnormal results found during screening.
- People who test positive for Hepatitis B, HIV, syphilis, or Hepatitis C.
- People with clinically significant abnormal results on a heart tracing (ECG) at screening.
- People with a known or suspected history of drug misuse, or those who test positive on a urine drug screen during the screening period.
- People with an addiction to tobacco or alcohol.
- People with special dietary habits that the study doctor considers unsuitable for the trial, or those who would not be able to follow the trial's dietary requirements throughout the study.
- People who, in the opinion of the study doctor, have any other condition that could interfere with the trial results or make participation unsuitable.
