Who may be able to join
- People with a good general health and activity level, rated 0 or 1 on a standard performance scale (where 0 means fully active and 1 means slightly restricted).
- People newly starting treatment who have been diagnosed (confirmed by laboratory tissue testing) with high-grade serous ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or endometrioid ovarian cancer that has reached an advanced stage (FIGO stage III or IV).
- People who have not previously had maintenance therapy with a type of cancer drug called a PARP inhibitor.
- People whose most recent chemotherapy treatment was a combination of three specific drugs: bevacizumab, paclitaxel, and carboplatin.
- People whose major organs (such as the liver, kidneys, and heart) are working well.
- People who are willing to voluntarily participate, sign a consent form, follow the study instructions, and attend follow-up appointments.
- People whose blood cancer marker (CA-125) has declined at a rate meeting a specific mathematical threshold called KELIM ≥ 1, which the trial team will calculate (confirm with trial site).
Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People currently enrolled in another clinical trial at the same time.
- People who have previously had maintenance therapy combining a PARP inhibitor with an anti-angiogenic (anti-blood vessel) drug.
- People who have previously had an allergic reaction, hypersensitivity, or intolerance to antibody-based medicines.
- People with a history of significant allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances.
- People with untreated cancer that has spread to the brain or the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord; those previously treated for such spread may still be considered if scans confirm the condition has been stable for at least one month and steroid medications have been stopped for more than two weeks with no returning symptoms (confirm with trial site).
- People who cannot swallow tablets normally, or who have digestive system problems that the trial doctor believes may interfere with how the body absorbs the study drug.
- People who have had significant bleeding or a clear tendency to bleed in the three months before joining the trial, such as a bleeding peptic ulcer or a blood vessel inflammation condition; a positive stool blood test at the start may also be a factor depending on follow-up results and clinical judgment (confirm with trial site).
- People with malignant fluid build-up in the chest, abdomen, or around the heart that is not currently under control with standard treatments such as diuretics or draining procedures.
- People with uncontrolled ongoing health conditions including, but not limited to: active hepatitis B or C, known HIV infection or history of AIDS, active syphilis, active tuberculosis, active infections, uncontrolled high blood pressure, symptomatic heart failure, or active bleeding.
- People who have had another cancer within the past five years or currently have an untreated one, with exceptions for certain fully treated cancers such as skin basal cell carcinoma, cervical carcinoma in situ, or breast cancer with no recurrence for more than three years after completing surgery.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who have taken a medicine known to significantly interact with the study drug within the 30 days before joining, or within five half-lives of that medicine — whichever period is longer (confirm with trial site).
- People who, in the trial doctor's judgment, have other factors that could require the study to be stopped early for that person, such as serious illness (including psychiatric illness) requiring additional treatment, severely abnormal lab results, or personal, family, or social circumstances that could affect safety or the ability to collect reliable data.

Trial details
This date has passed while the registry still lists the trial as open to participants. Sponsors often update a trial's status without revising its projected end date, so it may well still be recruiting — but the record is out of date in at least one respect. Check with the study contact before relying on either.
