For exercise rehabilitation professionals:

  • People who work as a physiotherapist or kinesiologist in the public sector, private sector, or both
  • People who have been qualified in their profession for at least one year
  • People who run exercise rehabilitation programs with patients who have long-term conditions and who agree in writing to take part

Primary endpoints

To assess functional improvement, measured by the 6-minute walk test (6MWT) after the 12 weeks ER program in people with chronic disease.
