For exercise rehabilitation professionals:
- People who work as a physiotherapist or kinesiologist in the public sector, private sector, or both
- People who have been qualified in their profession for at least one year
- People who run exercise rehabilitation programs with patients who have long-term conditions and who agree in writing to take part
For patients with long-term (chronic) conditions:

- People who are able to walk, with or without a walking aid
