Who may be able to join
- People who have a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD)
- People who have access to the internet and email
- People who are willing to complete thinking and memory tests, fill out questionnaires, wear a movement-tracking wristband device, and be randomly assigned to a study group

- People who do not meet the inclusion criteria listed above
- People whose answers on the health screening questionnaire suggest a moderate or high risk of injury or serious harm from intense or maximum-effort exercise
- People with severe difficulties with thinking and memory, based on a score of less than 18 on a standard phone-based cognitive screening test
- People whose thinking and memory abilities are in the normal range, based on a score of 26 or more on a standard cognitive assessment tool (this is to ensure the study can meaningfully measure changes in cognitive function)
