Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with high-grade serous ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer (confirmed by testing).
- People whose cancer has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy in one of these ways: those who had 1 previous course of platinum-based treatment (at least 4 cycles), showed some response, but then had cancer growth between 3 and 6 months after their last platinum dose; OR those who had 2 or 3 previous courses of platinum-based treatment and had cancer growth within 6 months of their last platinum dose.
- People whose cancer has been confirmed by imaging to have grown or spread during or after their most recent treatment.
- People who are in good enough general health to be rated 0 or 1 on the ECOG scale, meaning they are either fully active or have minor restrictions on physically demanding activity (confirm with trial site).
- People who have at least one area of cancer that can be measured on a scan, according to standard measurement guidelines called RECIST v1.1.
- People whose tumor tests positive for a protein called folate receptor alpha (FRα) at a specific level of expression, as measured by a particular laboratory test.
Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People whose ovarian cancer is a specific type other than high-grade serous, including endometrioid, clear cell, mucinous, or sarcomatous types, mixed tumors containing any of those types, or low-grade or borderline ovarian tumors.
- People whose cancer never responded to their very first platinum-based chemotherapy, or whose cancer grew within 3 months of their last dose of first-line platinum treatment.
- People who have a serious concurrent illness or an active infection considered clinically significant, as defined in the trial protocol (confirm with trial site for specifics).
- People who have had a stroke (either bleeding in the brain or a blocked blood vessel) within the 6 months before joining the trial.

Trial details
This date has passed while the registry still lists the trial as open to participants. Sponsors often update a trial's status without revising its projected end date, so it may well still be recruiting — but the record is out of date in at least one respect. Check with the study contact before relying on either.
