- People who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes more than 6 months ago but no more than 5 years ago

- People with a history of drug or alcohol misuse
- People who hold a Group 2 driving licence (such as licences for heavy vehicles or passenger-carrying vehicles) (confirm with trial site if unsure which licence category applies)
