Who may be able to join
- Women aged 18 or older who are willing to sign a consent form and take part in all study activities for the full duration of the trial.
- People with an activity and health status rated as 0, 1, or 2 on a standard cancer performance scale (meaning able to carry out daily activities with little to moderate limitation).
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of ovarian cancer (high-grade serous or endometrioid), primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer.
- People whose cancer has come back or grown within 6 months of their last platinum-based chemotherapy treatment (known as platinum-resistant disease).
- People whose cancer can be measured on scans using standard criteria (RECIST 1.1).
- People who have received at least one platinum-based chemotherapy treatment, but no more than 3 total lines of systemic cancer treatment overall.
- People who have previously been treated with a type of drug called a PARP inhibitor, either as a main treatment or as maintenance therapy.
- People who have been tested for BRCA gene mutations (in the tumour or through a blood/saliva test) and/or for a marker called HRD (homologous recombination deficiency), and who tested positive for one or both.
- People whose blood counts, kidney function, and liver function meet the required levels as determined by blood tests (confirm specific values with trial site).
- People who have had or currently have another type of cancer, as long as it is not expected to interfere with the study treatment or results.
- People who are unable to make decisions for themselves may still be eligible if a legally authorised representative or family member is available to provide consent on their behalf.
Who may not be able to join

- People whose cancer progressed during platinum-based chemotherapy or within 4 weeks of receiving it (known as platinum-refractory disease).
- People who have received systemic chemotherapy or radiotherapy (other than for pain relief) within 3 weeks before starting the study treatment.
- People who have or show signs of certain serious blood or bone marrow conditions (myelodysplastic syndrome or acute myeloid leukaemia).
- People with serious uncontrolled medical conditions, such as uncontrolled seizures, unstable spinal cord compression, a psychiatric condition that prevents giving informed consent, or an active infection requiring intravenous antibiotics within 2 weeks before starting treatment.
- People with significant heart conditions, including a heart attack within the past 6 months, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, unstable chest pain, uncontrolled heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure (Grade 3 or above), or superior vena cava syndrome.
- People who have had a stroke (either bleeding or blockage type) within the past 6 months.
- People with a history of moderate to severe liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh Class B or C).
- People who still have ongoing side effects rated Grade 2 or higher from previous cancer treatment, not including hair loss or mild nerve-related numbness or tingling.
- People who have a duodenal stent, or a digestive condition that would prevent proper absorption of oral (swallowed) medication, including those unable to swallow tablets or capsules.
- People with untreated or symptomatic cancer that has spread to the brain or central nervous system.
- People who have previously had a significant allergic reaction to the study drugs or their ingredients.
- People who have had a minor or major surgical procedure within 2 weeks before starting the study, or who have not yet recovered from surgery.
