Who may be able to join
- Women aged 18 or older who are able to understand the study procedures and agree to take part by signing a written consent form.

- People whose high blood pressure is adequately controlled, as assessed by the treating doctor.
- Women who are able to become pregnant must be willing to use contraception throughout the study and for 180 days after the last dose of the study treatment.
Who may not be able to join

- People with a known history of allergic reaction to the study drug, its ingredients, or medications from a similar drug class.
- People who have previously or currently been diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Acute Myeloid Leukaemia, or an inflammatory lung condition called pneumonitis.
- People who have not sufficiently recovered from a previous surgery or cancer treatment.
- People with a known history of Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C.
- People with an active infection such as tuberculosis (TB).
- People who have taken part in another clinical study involving a study drug within the last 3 months.
- People who, in the treating doctor's judgement, are unlikely to follow the study procedures, rules, and requirements.
- People who have previously been enrolled in this same study.
