- People who have difficulty following treatment plans or who are unlikely to attend scheduled appointments during the study.
- People who have a history of pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) or who are considered to be at high risk of developing it.
- People who have a serious psychiatric condition, including schizophrenia, paranoid psychosis, bipolar disorder, or intellectual disability.
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan, for example due to metallic implants, a pacemaker, or severe claustrophobia.
