  • Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or of childbearing age and who do not wish to use contraception during the study period.
  • People who have a severe skin condition, or who are allergic to adhesive tape or adhesives, at the location where a monitoring sensor would be placed on the skin.
  • People who have a history of multiple allergies (for example, allergies to two or more medications, foods, or pollens).
  • People with very high blood pressure classified as Grade 3 hypertension under Chinese guidelines, meaning a blood pressure reading above 180/110 mmHg.
  • People with serious heart or brain conditions, including but not limited to recent heart attack, severe unstable chest pain, stroke with lasting effects (such as paralysis, speech problems, or memory loss), significant narrowing of heart arteries, recent dialysis-related surgery (within 6 months), or recent brain clot or bleed (within 6 months), or people who regularly experience frequent episodes of chest tightness or chest pain.
  • People with significant kidney disease at stage 3 or above (confirmed with a blood creatinine level above 450 µmol/L).
  • People with a history of a psychiatric condition or misuse of substances that affect mental state.
  • People whom the trial investigators consider unsuitable to participate for any other reason.
