  • People who use a walking aid such as a cane, crutches, or walker
  • People with a Body Mass Index (a measure of body weight relative to height) above 30
  • People who have difficulty with communication
  • People who are unable to attend at least 3 exercise sessions in a row
  • People who miss more than 30% of the content within each session
