Who might be able to join this trial:

If you have Huntington's disease (HD):

  • You are between 25 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with HD through genetic testing, with a CAG repeat number of 40 or higher, and are at a mild to moderate stage of the disease
  • You are able to speak and understand English

If you are a healthy control participant (no HD diagnosis):

  • You are between 25 and 65 years old
  • You are able to speak and understand English

If you are a support person or family member:

  • You are a family member or someone who identifies as a support person for a participant enrolled in the trial
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You are able to speak and understand English

Who may not be able to join:

  • You were diagnosed with Huntington's disease that started in childhood or adolescence (juvenile-onset HD)
  • You have another neurological condition such as stroke or multiple sclerosis
  • You have a history of moderate to severe traumatic brain injury
  • You currently use a walking aid or assistive device to move around
  • You scored 18 or lower on a standard memory and thinking test called the MoCA (confirm with trial site)
  • You have a health condition that significantly affects your ability to walk or move, such as a bone, heart, or psychiatric condition (confirm with trial site)
  • You are currently pregnant
  • You are already enrolled in another blinded clinical trial at the time of joining this study (confirm with trial site)
