- People aged 18 or older, of any gender.

- People who have been diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, ovarian cancer, or other advanced solid tumours (confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue samples), where the cancer has continued to grow and all standard treatment options have been tried.
- People who are willing to provide a tumour tissue sample (either fresh or previously stored) or a blood sample, so that the trial can test for certain gene mutations (such as BRCA) or related changes using a type of genetic testing called next generation sequencing.

- People who have had another cancer in the past, unless it was fully treated and there has been no sign of it returning or spreading for at least the past 5 years.
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord, and where this is causing symptoms or has not been well controlled.
- People who have, or show signs of having, a blood disorder called myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or acute myeloid leukaemia (AML).
- People who have difficulty swallowing, persistent nausea and vomiting, problems absorbing food or medication, or certain bowel conditions (such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or short bowel syndrome) that could affect how the body absorbs the study drug.
- People who have recently taken another anti-cancer medicine and have not waited the required time since their last dose (either 5 half-lives of that drug or 2 weeks, whichever is shorter).
- People who have used, or need to use during the study, certain medications that strongly affect how the body processes drugs through a liver enzyme system known as CYP3A4/BCRP/P-gp (confirm with trial site for the specific list of affected medications).
- People who have a history of, or currently have, a non-infectious lung condition called pneumonitis or interstitial lung disease that required steroid treatment.
