Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease according to an established set of medical diagnostic standards (MDS criteria).

- People who are already receiving certain advanced or device-based treatments for Parkinson's disease.
- People who take more than 4 doses of a medication called L-DOPA each day.
- People whose total daily dose of levodopa (or equivalent medications) exceeds 1500 mg per day.
- People who are currently experiencing hallucinations that require a short-term change to their treatment.
- People who are unable to give informed consent or are unable to participate in study activities.
- People who, in the investigator's judgment, are unable to use a smartwatch or the mAI-Care app required for the trial.
- People who, in the investigator's judgment, do not have sufficient motivation to take part in the study procedures.
- People who are under a legal protection system, legal guardianship, or have been formally assessed as lacking legal capacity.
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
