Who may be able to join

- People for whom the treating clinician made the decision to start Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa before any discussion about joining this study took place.
- People who are willing and able to follow the study procedures, including entering information and completing questionnaires on an electronic tablet device.
- People who have voluntarily signed the required consent and data use forms before any study-related activities begin, or whose legal representative has done so on their behalf, in line with national regulations.
Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People who have a medical history involving any condition listed as a reason not to use Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa in the approved guidelines for their country.
- People who have previously been treated with any device-assisted therapy for Parkinson's, such as Deep Brain Stimulation (a surgically implanted brain device), continuous under-the-skin apomorphine infusion, or any form of levodopa delivered directly into the intestine via a pump and tube.
- People who score below 24 on a standard memory and thinking test called the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE).
- People who are currently participating in another clinical trial or observational study.
- People who lack the motivation or language skills needed to complete the study questionnaires.
- People with a significant history of skin conditions or disorders (such as psoriasis or atopic dermatitis), or in some cases temporary or permanent skin issues such as recent sunburn, open wounds, acne, scar tissue, tattoos, branding, or skin colorations — if the treating doctor considers these likely to interfere with the infusion or the study assessments.
