Who may be able to join
- People aged between 50 and 70 years old

- People who have used antibiotics, prebiotics, or probiotics in the past 3 months
- People with certain blood test results outside acceptable ranges — specifically, total cholesterol above 6.2 mmol/L or triglycerides above 4.5 mmol/L (confirm with trial site)
- People with blood pressure higher than 159/99 mmHg, or who take medication to lower blood pressure
- People who have been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease
- People with a past or current diagnosis of heart disease, stroke, respiratory disease, hormone or metabolism disorders, or blood and cancer-related conditions
- People who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet
- People who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- People who have food allergies or strong dislikes related to the foods that would be provided in the trial
- People who have been using estrogen, testosterone, or cholesterol-lowering medication for less than 6 months
