  • People with blood pressure higher than 159/99 mmHg, or who take medication to lower blood pressure
  • People who have been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease
  • People with a past or current diagnosis of heart disease, stroke, respiratory disease, hormone or metabolism disorders, or blood and cancer-related conditions
  • People who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet
  • People who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
  • People who have food allergies or strong dislikes related to the foods that would be provided in the trial
  • People who have been using estrogen, testosterone, or cholesterol-lowering medication for less than 6 months
