Who may be able to join
- Women between 18 and 75 years old at the time of giving consent to participate.
- People who have been newly diagnosed with a confirmed type of ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer, specifically high-grade serous or high-grade endometrioid types.
- People whose cancer was classified as an advanced stage (FIGO stage III or IV) when first diagnosed.

- People with a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- People who are able to swallow tablets or capsules and follow the requirements of the study.
- People who have read and signed a consent form before any study-related procedures begin.
Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People whose cancer continued to grow or spread during or after their first course of platinum-based chemotherapy.
- People who have previously been treated with a type of drug called a PARP inhibitor, or with certain anti-cancer drugs that target blood vessel growth (called anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitors) — not including bevacizumab used as part of first-line treatment.
- People who have received any other systemic cancer treatment for ovarian cancer beyond their first course of platinum-based chemotherapy.
- People with serious or uncontrolled heart or blood vessel conditions, such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, a recent heart attack, or a significant irregular heartbeat.
- People with an active or uncontrolled infection, or other serious ongoing health conditions that could interfere with taking part in the study.
- People with cancer that has spread to the brain or central nervous system.
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years, with the exception of certain treated skin cancers or a specific type of treated cervical condition (confirm with trial site).
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to the study drugs (fluzoparib or famitinib) or any of their ingredients.
- People who, in the opinion of the study doctor, have any other condition that would make participation in the study unsuitable.
